Requirements

Pleasant personality, with energetic spirit both in-person and on phone
Prior customer service experience is essential
Prior basic computer skills required
Prior data entry skills are required
Independent work skills essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Strong math skills
Must have strong prioritizing skills in order to meet the demands of the varying tasks

Basic knowledge of QuickBooks

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
Meet and greet walk in customers, showing them around our showroom.
Maintain incoming paperwork from sales team
Schedule appointments with both customers and Window World team.
Manage communication between customers, installation teams, and service teams
Receiving payments from our customers
Resolve customer issues, alongside management teams
Receive paperwork from deliveries
Logically rearrange service and install schedules in the event of emergency situations
Utilizing our Window World CRM program and QuickBooks (basic knowledge is preferred)
