As we continue to expand, we are looking for a technically proficient and highly motivated Office Clerk. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of general office and accounting, marketing and administrative activities by performing the following duties personally or through collaboration with other company personnel. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern business software and digital systems. Our office relies heavily on technology, and success in this role requires a willingness to embrace digital workflows, learn new systems, and work efficiently in a paperless setting. Position Overview: We are seeking an Entry‑level Office Clerk to support daily office operations through general administrative and clerical tasks. This role helps ensure efficient office operations and excellent customer service while supporting marketing, warehouse, and office staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of administrative, office assistant, clerical, or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a paperless, digital office environment
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Administrative experience in a paperless office
  • Receptionist or front desk experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with coordination
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
  • Support document management in a paperless environment
  • Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
