About The Position

Serra Auto Campus is currently seeking an accounting office clerical and administrative personnel. Experience working in the retail automotive industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to retain information needed to complete all tasks. Effective relationship skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential to working effectively with a large customer base. This Dealership is part of the family owned, Fenton, MI based Serra Automotive, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Costing New and Used Car Deals
  • Processing Dealer Trades and Wholesales
  • Process Sales Staff Commission Sheets for Payroll
  • Reviewing/Processing titles relating to the purchasing and selling vehicles
  • Submitting Customer Payoff's
  • Purchase vehicles into inventory
  • Reconcile Schedules
  • Issue/ disburse Checks
