About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support the daily administrative operations of our Parking Department. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn valet procedures to assist with overflow or special events. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and adaptable to both office and field responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
  • Ability to learn and perform valet parking procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods when assisting with valet.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain parking records, permits, and documentation.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Prepare reports and assist with data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding parking logistics.
  • Assist with scheduling and dispatching valet staff when needed.
  • Learn and perform basic valet duties during peak times or special events.
  • Monitor parking lot activity and report any issues or violations.
  • Support inventory management of parking supplies and equipment.
