About The Position

AHI Facility Services is hiring part-time office cleaners to clean and maintain two locations in Waco. The schedule is flexible, with evening work after 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, for two hours per office. Cleaners maintain floors and surfaces, remove waste, use cleaning chemicals safely, and perform other general cleaning duties as needed. The role requires reliable transportation, the ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably, and the ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain floors by vacuuming, mopping, and spotting carpets.
Clean and maintain surface areas, including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, and windows, and polishing metal and wood.
Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to proper disposal areas.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.
Represent the facility positively and interact pleasantly, tactfully, courteously, and cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, security, and management.
Follow oral instructions.
Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
