About The Position

Marsden South is hiring a General Cleaner to clean one bank location at 1524 US Hwy 1, Sebastian, Florida. The work is scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, after 6:00 p.m., and must be completed by 7:45 p.m. No experience is necessary. The role involves working individually and following the provided schedule. Marsden South, a Marsden Holding Company, provides facility services, including cleaning, servicing, and maintaining businesses across the United States.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to follow the provided schedule.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for the entire shift.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Perform high and low dusting.
