About The Position

AHI Facility Services is hiring part-time office cleaners for two locations in New Braunfels. The work has a flexible evening schedule after 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with two hours per office. Cleaners maintain floors and surface areas, remove waste, use cleaning chemicals safely, and perform other general cleaning duties as needed. The role involves representing the facility positively and cooperating with supervisors, coworkers, customers, security, and management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to comfortably lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain floors by vacuuming, mopping, and spotting carpets.
Clean and maintain surface areas, including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, and windows, and polishing metal and wood.
Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to appropriate disposal areas.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.
Represent the facility positively and follow oral instructions while interacting pleasantly, tactfully, courteously, and cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, security, and management.
Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
