About The Position

AHI Facility Services is hiring part-time Office Cleaners for various locations in Austin. The schedule is flexible in the evenings after 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with two hours of work per office. Cleaners maintain floors and surfaces, remove waste, use cleaning chemicals safely, and perform other general cleaning duties as needed. The role requires reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably and stand for the duration of the shift, and successful completion of a background check. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to comfortably lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain floors, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
Clean and maintain surface areas, including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, and windows, and polishing metal and wood.
Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to proper disposal areas.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.
Represent the facility positively and interact pleasantly, tactfully, courteously, and cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, security, and management.
Follow oral instructions.
Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
