The Office Associate maintains and updates office databases, handles electronic distribution of information to assigned regional staff, routes documents via electronic mail. Receives, opens, sorts, assigns, and distributes incoming mail. Serves as timekeeper for the assigned region. Orders supplies and equipment and prepares related records and reports.
