This role involves reception and front desk responsibilities, maintaining office supply inventory, creating and maintaining documents using Microsoft Office Suite applications, performing administrative tasks such as filing and scanning, assisting with meeting logistics, maintaining the Academic Affairs website, providing back-up support to colleagues, and assisting with other office tasks and projects as assigned.
