Requirements
- Jobcore experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
Responsibilities
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep shared areas tidy (kitchen, meeting rooms, supply closets)
- Refill supplies and notify the supervisor when stock is low
- Run occasional local errands
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks
