Requirements

• Jobcore experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)

Responsibilities

• Filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents
• Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Keep shared areas tidy (kitchen, meeting rooms, supply closets)
• Refill supplies and notify the supervisor when stock is low
• Run occasional local errands
• Support staff with basic administrative tasks
