About The Position

Key Point Health Services is a leading nonprofit agency serving people with behavioral healthcare needs in the Greater Baltimore area. We provide comprehensive community-based services that help people thrive while realizing and choosing their goals. We provide opportunities, support and integration within our community. Among the programs and services we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services. We are currently looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our Dundalk team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a criminal background check and provide a negative drug screen
  • Mid-level competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Maintains respect of clients and dedication to meeting their needs
  • High Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Medical receptionist experience preferred
  • Medical office experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensures a smooth-running office.
  • Performs duties in a timely, effective fashion.
  • Ensures security and secure storage of patient records.
  • Answers phone and greets patients immediately, interrupting other work if necessary.
  • Provides clerical support services in accordance with Key Point Health Services, Inc. standards for quality, patient rights, availability, and nondiscrimination.
  • Keeps complete timely and accurate records including phone and other messages.
