As an Office Assistant, you will prepare documents for large volume scanning. Requirements

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for scanning per our company policy.
  • Perform large volume document scanning utilizing a PC workstation with attached scanner.
  • Data entry, naming files.
  • Quality control services comparing completed data to hard copy documents.
  • Office tasks as needed such as data entry, shredding, or assistant on a special project.
