Toth and Associates is looking for an dynamic, service-minded Office Assistant to be the heartbeat of our Springfield office. Requirements

  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to give exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills to create in-house signage, send emails, coordinate calendars, etc.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and polished first impression.
  • Manage visitor check-in and notify appropriate staff of arrivals.
  • Take and deliver accurate messages when needed.
  • Sort, distribute, and send mail and packages daily (including FedEx/Post Office runs).
  • Assist staff with printing, copying, and general administrative support.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Run business errands as needed.
  • Own and manage two office kitchen areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for all kitchen spaces.
  • Proactively monitor and replenish food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Organize kitchen storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
  • Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of kitchen equipment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience through thoughtful kitchen offerings and organization.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
