Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Order and track office supplies to ensure inventory levels are adequate
