Please check out the residency definition to determine if you qualify. What you will be doing: Join our Alaska Vital Records Team and contribute to key moments in the lives of your fellow Alaskans. Your role will be pivotal in helping Alaskans obtain birth, death, and marriage certificates by registering these major life events. This position is also responsible for reviewing documentation for accuracy and directly assisting Alaskans by email and over the phone to guide applicants through the process. Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • One year of experience that includes clerical tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, typing, filing, sorting mail, entering data, receiving payments, making change, or maintaining logs.
  • Must be an Alaskan Resident.
  • Possess a regular driver's license and be 18 years of age or older (for positions requiring operation of motor vehicles).
  • Skill in typing (may be required for some positions).
