Peterson is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to join our team at our Corporate Head Office in Downtown, Vancouver. This role is ideal who someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing reception duties such as greeting visitors, directing incoming calls, coordinating boardroom setup and catering, managing mail and courier services, and ensuring office safety and cleanliness. The successful candidate will also support day-to-day office administration by maintaining kitchen and office supplies, performing clerical and filing duties, assisting various departments with administrative tasks, and coordinating office events and team-building activities.
