About The Position

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in Malta. The role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. For candidates applying on a part-time basis, the required schedule is 20–25 hours per week, worked daily during morning hours. The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while ensuring a professional and efficient experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Maltese languages
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and handling general enquiries
  • Issuing invoices and sending monthly statements to clients
  • Preparing copies of financial statements, MBR filings, and tax-related documentation
  • Maintaining and updating the office database and records
  • Assisting with general office administration and clerical duties
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
