About The Position

The Office Administrator at Allied Interior Solutions is the first point of contact, for clients and visitors as they walk in the door. They will be responsible for coordinating daily office operations, shipping logistics, sales and accounting support. The candidate is proactive, dependable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of operational and administrative responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative, logistics, inventory, or accounting support experience preferred
  • Experience with shipping coordination and inventory management
  • Familiarity with expense reporting and accounting support
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, breakroom inventory, and general office organization
  • Provide administrative and accounting support, including expense reports, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support internal meetings
  • Coordinate UPS/FedEx shipments, sample fulfillment, and shipping documentation
  • Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Coordinate catering, meetings, and company events
  • Maintain sample inventory and assist with inventory tracking and restocking
  • Support project coordination, document organization, and material shipments
  • Communicate with vendors and assist with operational support tasks as needed.
