As an Office Administrator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our customers and our field team. You’ll respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and chat messages, support scheduling, billing, and service inquiries, and deliver professional, empathetic communication that reflects our values. You will also help coordinate service appointments and follow up with customers, perform administrative tasks and data entry accurately and efficiently, and multi-task to assist technicians and customers meet all needs. Additionally, you will manage and schedule social-media content across platforms, brainstorm creative campaigns, photos, and community content, research and attend local events and home & garden shows, distribute marketing materials such as door hangers and yard signs, and support the team with local promotions and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident using social-media platforms and basic design tools
  • Outgoing, dependable, and willing to get hands-on at events
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to represent the brand at community events
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
  • Managed small teams or trained others in any setting
  • Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
  • A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
