About The Position

Print-O-Stat is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Hanover branch. In this role, you will be the central point of coordination for office activities, providing administrative support, assisting with production workflows, and delivering excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly, balancing office administration, customer interaction, and operational support.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of office experience required
  • Experience using a CRM is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve while working autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Perform general clerical duties and office support
  • Assist with reprographics orders, including production, scheduling, and outsourced orders
  • Manage the branch’s inventory, including ordering, purchasing, documentation, reporting, and implementing inventory controls
  • Perform accounting functions for the branch, including AR/AP, collections, and month-end close preparations
  • Manage deliveries, both incoming and outgoing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
