About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team at Onda Corporation in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment

Responsibilities

  • This position will take a proactive role in managing office logistics
  • Serve as the interface greeting visitors, directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain an organized physical work space for the Company, including the front office, break room, cubicles/offices, and other locations as necessary
  • Maintain an organized document archive for Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal, RMA’s, and Quality. This includes converting hard copy records to digital forms through scanning.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed; also provide secondary support for departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Accounting.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and tradeshow/conference participation.
  • Other duties as assigned
