Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing client calls
  • Manage insurance paperwork, renewals, and compliance documentation
  • Handle DMV renewals and related administrative tasks
  • Support scheduling, file organization, and general office coordination
  • Assist the leadership team with day-to-day administrative needs
