About The Position

Office Administrator & Customer Service Rep Archway is a premier landscaping company serving the St. Louis, MO area. We take pride in transforming outdoor spaces, but we know that a beautiful lawn starts with a well-run office. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and friendly Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our crews are where they need to be and our customers are happy with their Archway experience.

Requirements

  • Stellar Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
  • Multitasking Pro: Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email; experience with scheduling or CRM software is a major plus.
  • Problem Solver: A knack for conflict resolution and finding solutions on the fly.
  • Detail-Oriented: You’re someone who double-checks the small things to ensure the big things run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and in person. You’ll answer questions, provide service information, and resolve any issues with a helpful, positive attitude.
  • Manage the calendar for our landscaping services, ensuring efficient routing for our field crews and confirming appointments with homeowners.
  • Handle collections by professionally following up on outstanding invoices and processing customer payments accurately.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly, ensuring no lead or question goes unanswered.
  • Maintain precise customer records, service logs, and internal communication notes.
  • Act as the bridge between the office and our field crews, providing real-time updates and coordinating schedule changes.
