About The Position

Provides administrative and operational support to individuals or departments by coordinating a variety of office tasks and functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • (2) years administrative or related experience and/or, equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Quickbooks knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with vendors and customers
  • Data entry
  • Knowledge of general office tasks (emails, phones, fax, printer etc.)
  • Resourceful, follows policy & procedure, compliance
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Maintains inventory and/or HR related duties upon request
  • Customer Service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
  • Communication & Team Player
