About The Position

This role provides essential administrative support to key departments including the General Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Sales/Engineering Department. Responsibilities include directing customers, maintaining voucher entries for A/P vendor accounts, and assembling job folders. The position requires excellent human relations and communication skills, proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions. The job conditions involve telephone usage and exposure to a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent Human Relations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 10-key by touch
  • Ability to interact well with the public under all circumstances
  • Ability to work well with frequent interruptions
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications
