This is a part-time Office Administrative Assistant position. The role involves directing customers, maintaining voucher entry for A/P vendor accounts, providing administrative support to the General Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Sales/Engineering Department, and performing time card data entry. The position also includes assembling job folders. The job requires excellent human relations and communication skills, proficiency in 10-key by touch, the ability to interact well with the public, and the capacity to work effectively with frequent interruptions. Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications is necessary. The work environment includes telephone usage and exposure to a manufacturing setting. The working hours are flexible part-time, tentatively scheduled from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
