About The Position

This is a part-time Office Administrative Assistant position. The role involves directing customers, maintaining voucher entries for A/P vendor accounts, providing administrative support to the General Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Sales/Engineering Department, performing time card data entry, and assembling job folders. The position requires excellent human relations and communication skills, proficiency in 10-key by touch, the ability to interact well with the public, and the capacity to work effectively with frequent interruptions. Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications is also required.
