About The Position

This role provides essential administrative support to key personnel including the General Manager, Purchasing Manager, and the Sales/Engineering Department. The position involves direct interaction with customers and requires meticulous data entry and organizational skills. The work environment includes both office tasks and exposure to a manufacturing setting.

Requirements

  • Excellent Human Relations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 10-key by touch
  • Ability to interact well with the public under all circumstances
  • Ability to work well with frequent interruptions
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with ERP applications

Responsibilities

  • Directing customers to the appropriate individuals
  • Maintenance of voucher entry of A/P vendor accounts
  • Providing administrative support for the General Manager, Purchasing Manager and Sales/Engineering Department
  • Time Card data entry
  • Assembling of Job Folders
