Requirements

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and office software required

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process new sales contracts from the Sales Department
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and project information within Window World's CRM system and QuickBooks
  • Schedule customer measurement appointments via phone and text communication
  • Process customer payments and accurately record transactions in CRM and QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer balances
  • Provide administrative support and perform additional office duties as assigned
