This is an unpaid volunteer position where you will collaborate with the Offboarding Manager and oversee a team of Offboarding Coordinators. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding process, ensuring timely offboarding, tracking pending cases, and communicating with department managers regarding unresponsive team members. You will also oversee daily department workflow, support critical needs, and coordinate national-level initiatives. Additionally, you will provide constructive and timely performance evaluations and perform other related duties as assigned. This role offers flexible hours within a virtual environment, providing an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and contribute to ARO's mission of helping victims of abuse. As part of the volunteer program, volunteers are asked to engage with the organization's social media platforms to spread awareness.
