Provide leadership, guidance, and support to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and team members. Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition leadership to improve and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes. Oversee daily department operations, ensure timely completion of documentation and tasks, and coordinate with managers across departments regarding new team members. Partner with HR on best practices, global initiatives, volunteer offboarding, and performance feedback while attending monthly team meetings and completing additional duties as assigned. Attend team meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm EST.
