The role involves collaborating with HR Talent Acquisition leadership to improve and streamline processes, overseeing daily department operations, ensuring timely completion of documentation and tasks, and coordinating with managers regarding new team members. The position also partners with HR on best practices, global initiatives, volunteer offboarding, and performance feedback. Volunteers are expected to attend monthly team meetings and complete additional duties as assigned. The role requires availability of 12-15 hours per week and must be based in the USA.
