About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our OEM Team. This individual is essential to the growth and expansion of our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) relationships and the management and compliance of their performance. This individual will possess the skills and ability to be an individual contributor and key member of our team. As an OEM Intern, you will be the "glue" that keeps our programs running smoothly. You will handle the essential "boots on the ground" work managing enrollments, resolving case bottlenecks, and performing website audits that ensures a high-quality experience for our dealers. Beyond daily operations, you will be a key player in transforming our OEM relationships by managing reporting and resource documentation, freeing up our senior team to focus on high-level partner strategy.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree as a Business Major.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate opportunities for improvement to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with GSuite preferred; interest in learning enterprise tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Google Analytics.
  • Mindset: Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You possess the "grit" to handle operational heavy lifting while maintaining an eye for high-level strategy.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in tracking complex workflows and maintaining strict operational compliance in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Program Operations: Process enrollments and cancellations for OEM programs; maintain accurate records and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform website audits to ensure consistency and identify opportunities for UX/UI improvements.
  • Workflow Management: Review and resolve enrollment bottleneck cases; create, assign, and track tasks for OEM Program Managers.
  • Reporting & Data: Compile and deliver enterprise performance reporting; update client reporting across websites, digital advertising, and chat products.
  • Strategic Support: Assist with current repackaging efforts by updating program documents and tracking tasks to ensure seamless client transitions to new tiers.
  • Resource Management: Maintain team resource documents in Confluence and facilitate partner access to tools like Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
