About The Position
As a leading player in the commercial tire industry, Pomp’s is actively on the hunt for a Production Worker to join our tire-rific team! The OE Mounter is a fast paced, line production style position whereby accuracy and consistency are key in successfully meeting daily production targets on both off-the-road tires and wheels. Unlike other tire companies that keep you in the slow lane, Pomp’s recognizes the value of individual career advancement and provides on-the-job training!
Requirements
- Basic tire and tire mounting knowledge helpful
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
- Reading comprehension skills
- Productive in a team atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Preassemble wheels and organization or wheels and tires for mounter
- Ability to read and understand wheels requests from customers
- Mounting different size wheels and tires
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use basic hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, air wrench and other essential tools
- Other duties as assigned
