About The Position

Execute and maintain the 0–18 month supply-demand plan aligned to S&OP outputs. Monitor key KPIs such as Customer Service Level, Inventory, and Air Freight and take corrective actions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned execution. Support S&OE governance, including supply reviews and execution forums. Identify risks in demand, supply, and inventory and support mitigation planning. Maintain data accuracy and planning discipline within systems and processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, inventory, and cost performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent
• Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
