About The Position

ion2s is specialized in ERP modernization for medium-sized businesses, focusing on an open, pragmatic approach without vendor lock-in. We support companies with Odoo and a clear methodology: no black boxes, no oversized projects, only what truly works. Our mission is to find an ERP Project Manager (all genders) who not only manages medium-sized business projects but truly drives them forward. You will be responsible for ERP transformation projects in the medium-sized business sector, steering requirements analysis, MVP planning, and rollout. You will act as the interface between the customer, technology, and business, working with a team that thinks openly, communicates clearly, and delivers together.

Requirements

• Experience in leading complex ERP or digitalization projects
• Structured thinking
• Budget responsibility
• Stakeholder competence
• Desire to achieve real impact – not just close tickets

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Odoo or comparable ERP systems is an advantage
