Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
  • Initial professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR Administration, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and general HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of HR administration and employment-related documentation.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and ownership.
  • A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach with the ability to think critically and continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including active sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offer management, and contract preparation.
  • Coordinate and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from preparation through follow-up.
  • Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including contract amendments, leave-related topics, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and manage digital personnel records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, addendums, termination agreements, and separation documentation.
  • Contribute to the coordination and documentation of occupational health and safety initiatives.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and support the development of practical, scalable people solutions.
