About The Position

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced OCM & Supplier Management Lead to serve as the strategic liaison between the Supplier Management Office and the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team for a leading transportation organization. It combines vendor governance with structured change methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR and SAFe, to design and implement centralized workflows, compliance controls, reporting dashboards, and enterprise-wide communication, training, and adoption strategies. • Experience establishing supplier performance frameworks, KPIs, and governance cadences for audit readiness.
