About The Position

The Organizational Change Management Analyst will support large, complex organizational change initiatives and lead small to medium-sized change efforts at Visa, including business process and technology changes, concentrating on the people side of change. This role provides hands-on project support to senior change managers and offers exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration work. While M&A is a key areas of experience in this role, responsibilities will span a broader portfolio of enterprise change initiatives across Corporate IT.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • 4 + years of relevant work experience
  • Prosci or other change management certification or designation is desired
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical support across multiple change management initiatives
  • Support M&A integration efforts as part of broader enterprise change portfolios
  • Coordinate project, sponsor, and stakeholder meetings, including presentations, training sessions, office hours, and related events
  • Collect and synthesize data for change impact analyses and readiness assessments
  • Develop change communications and supporting materials
  • Track, organize, and report on change management activities and milestones
  • Lead small to medium‑sized change initiatives and develop change management plans to drive successful adoption
