About The Position

The Organizational Change Management Analyst will support large, complex organizational change initiatives and lead small to medium-sized change efforts at Visa, including business process and technology changes, concentrating on the people side of change. This role provides hands-on project support to senior change managers and offers exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration work. While M&A is a key areas of experience in this role, responsibilities will span a broader portfolio of enterprise change initiatives across Corporate IT.

Requirements

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
4 + years of relevant work experience
Prosci or other change management certification or designation is desired
Working knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide tactical support across multiple change management initiatives
Support M&A integration efforts as part of broader enterprise change portfolios
Coordinate project, sponsor, and stakeholder meetings, including presentations, training sessions, office hours, and related events
Collect and synthesize data for change impact analyses and readiness assessments
Develop change communications and supporting materials
Track, organize, and report on change management activities and milestones
Lead small to medium‑sized change initiatives and develop change management plans to drive successful adoption
