About The Position

FNS is seeking an Ocean Import Specialist to coordinate ocean import operations and provide related customer, accounting, and data-entry support. The role communicates with overseas agents to initiate import procedures, manages customs clearance through brokerage services, tracks deliveries and shares updates, handles accounts payable and receivable and closing duties, enters service information into the internal system, and responds to customer inquiries. The position may require travel within the U.S. as needed by the team.

Requirements

• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
• Proven capability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Korean.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as required by the team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import procedures.
• Manage customs clearance of goods through brokerage services.
• Monitor delivery status and share updates with relevant parties.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, closing, and other accounting-related duties.
• Enter service information into the internal system.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Travel within the U.S. as required by the team.
