About The Position

The Ocean Freight Exports Specialist manages sea and air freight export operations from Americas manufacturing plants to destinations worldwide. The role coordinates export shipment allocations, prepares export and customs documentation, maintains reporting, and manages end-to-end shipment tracking and tracing. It also oversees third-party logistics providers, monitors supplier performance, supports contract administration, and manages transportation-related financials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in ocean freight, exports, and/or logistics operations.
• 0–2 years of experience supporting or managing projects and/or process improvement initiatives.
• Less than 1 year of leadership experience.
• Exposure to Power BI and SAP.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
