About The Position

Care IV Home Health is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home health visits in Southwest Little Rock, Little Rock, and surrounding areas. Flexible scheduling is available. The role involves visiting patients in their homes and assisted living facilities, performing occupational therapy duties, documenting patient progress, and updating the occupational therapist or case manager on patient status. Other occupational therapy duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Hold an active Certified Occupational Therapy license or registration in the state of Arkansas.
Have previous acute COTA experience.

Nice To Haves

Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Visit patients in their homes and assisted living facilities.
Perform occupational therapy duties.
Document and chart patient progress.
Update the occupational therapist or case manager on patient status.
Perform other occupational therapy duties as assigned.
