About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide care for a diverse patient population. The position provides direct patient care and plans and implements treatment programs for individual patients under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, following occupational therapy principles and practices. The assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system across different facilities. Prior inpatient hospital experience is preferred, though candidates with a commitment to learn are also considered. Other related duties may be assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as an OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification is required.

- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
- Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Remain flexible to meet the system’s needs across different facilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
