Full Time Floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Sr. Living/ ALF/ Memory Care
About The Position
Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide therapy services in Senior Living Communities, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. The position floats among facilities in Camden, Union, and Rockland and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, compassionate therapy services and work collaboratively with rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff. Requirements
- Hold a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be eligible for licensure to practice in the state of employment.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Have experience with electronic documentation.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.
- Be flexible with hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a Senior Living Community.
- Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
- Complete documentation with attention to detail and timeliness.
