About The Position

Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time floating Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services across senior living communities in Ellsworth, Orland, and Bucksport. The role serves residents in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings, as well as people in their homes. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a stated good-faith pay range of $30 to $40 per hour. Preferred Therapy Solutions is therapist-owned and operated and emphasizes appropriate, ethical patient care and supporting therapists’ success. Requirements

Hold a current Occupational Therapist license or be eligible for licensure in the state of employment.
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Have experience with electronic documentation.
Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
Work well with others in a team setting.
Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in senior living communities and homes.
Collaborate with other rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
Maintain timely and detailed documentation.
