About The Position
Join Dove Healthcare's dynamic therapy team as a licensed certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA). This role offers casual days and hours, allowing you to choose your work schedule, along with manageable productivity expectations. You will work in modern, spacious therapy gyms equipped with the latest technology and equipment. Paid travel time and mileage are provided when working at various locations, with team members having the option to serve at one or multiple centers in Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Osseo, creating opportunities for additional hours. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Dove Healthcare operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across multiple Wisconsin locations. Their core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements
- associate's degree as a certified occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
- current license as a certified occupational therapy assistant in the State of Wisconsin
