About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking a licensed certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) to join their dynamic therapy team. The role offers casual days and hours, manageable productivity expectations, and access to modern, spacious therapy gyms with the latest technology and equipment. Team members have the flexibility to choose their working hours and may serve at one or multiple locations including Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Osseo, with paid travel time and mileage for working at various locations. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Dove Healthcare operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across various Wisconsin locations. They provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements

• associate's degree as a certified occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
• current license as a certified occupational therapy assistant in the State of Wisconsin
