About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking a licensed certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) to join their dynamic therapy team. The role offers casual days and hours, allowing the team member to choose their work schedule, along with manageable productivity expectations. The work environment features modern, spacious therapy gyms equipped with the latest technology. The position includes paid travel time and mileage for those working at various locations. Team members have the option to serve at one or multiple Dove Healthcare locations, including Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Osseo, which can provide opportunities for additional hours. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Dove Healthcare operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across multiple Wisconsin locations. Their core services encompass inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements

  • associate's degree as a certified occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
  • current license as a certified occupational therapy assistant in the State of Wisconsin
